mSimp’s collection is inspired by the flamboyant plumage of the peacock. mSimps’ ‘Krai.coon Collection’ redefines the sublime style that has become their signature.

Progressive, confident and elegant, the articles are handcrafted to the usual high standard, and features ladies hand bags, clutch purses, travel bags, wallets, shoes and ethnic inspired bib necklaces. Using a variety of delicately selected fabrics and trimmings, each item is individual, edgy, contemporary yet timeless! Fabrics for the Krai.coon collection at Fashion Week were provided by Vlisco.

At the just ended Glitz Africa Fashion Week, mSimps notched its second award in as many weeks as it was adjudged Accessory Brand of the Year. mSimps won the Handbag and purse product of the year at Ghana Made product awards held last month. Creative Director Mabel Simpson says “the award is dedicated to God, the entire mSimps team, clients, associates, and any individual who has supported the brand. The award requires hardwork from us”. The collection was warmly received on the runway of the Glitz Africa Fashion Week.

Organisers of this weekend’s event have promised the public that they will have the options of choosing from beautifully crafted handbags, and bespoke men’s footwear whilst sipping on gingerbread lattes and exploring the ‘Secret Garden’ and stunning Showroom. Paintings from Larry Otoo will be available to purchase, as well as work from sculptress, Constance Swaniker.

mSimps | Ewuraba 2013

‘Ewuraba’ in the Fante dialect of the Ghanaian language means ‘Lady’. A true ‘Ewuraba’ is elegant, beautiful and charming. She dresses with style and 'accessorizes' with finesse!

This year we are inspired by the use of lace fabric and we incorporated it in our clutch purse design. The elegant decoration makes the purses look delicate, classic, gentle yet trendy. The collection includes 'Midi and Petite' handbags from our 'Deluxe' range.

Step out looking charming, elegant and feeling sophisticated. Dress Responsibly!!!
